Reclaimed Walls
A reclaimed wood wall adds a dramatic feature to a room. There are several ways to achieve the rustic, yet modern style. Check out our examples of Pallet wood walls and barn wood walls, and request a quote below.
Pallet Wood Walls
Pallet wood offers a unique finish for walls and accent areas. The wood species usually vary, which adds a balance to the other woodwork in the room. Pallet boards are often a blend of weathered grays to natural wood tones. The rough saw marks and nail holes add to the character of each piece, and we enhance the defects as features in the wall. After the pallet wood is installed on the wall, we add a coat of satin varnish to seal the wall and blend the wood together with an amber tone. We suggest pallet wood in smaller spaces or wall due to the narrow width of the pallet wood.
Note: We only source heat treated pallet wood in our projects.
Barn Wood Walls
Barn wood walls can really transform a room and add a dramatic feature. Reclaimed barnwood is typically 6” – 10” wide and can be visually appealing to look at. The wood will have variations in appearance, but be similar in look. The weathered wood will blend throughout the wall and the years of use will be shown. We like to highlight nail holes and rustic features, will blending everything in a symmetric fashion. Our barn wood varies in color, and in some cases we have limited quantities, but will work with you to achieve the look you want!
